Metals Estimator / Project Coordinator | Providence, UT

Nexeo is hiring a Metals Estimator / Project Coordinator to join a growing team of metalwork professionals known for high-end architectural and structural metal projects—from custom staircases and railings to complex façade systems.

This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in the ornamental metals industry. You'll help drive project success by preparing estimates, reviewing technical drawings, coordinating documentation, and maintaining strong client communication.

Responsibilities

•    Analyze blueprints and specifications to create accurate project estimates

•    Use Bluebeam, Excel, and Tekla to develop pricing models and track data

•    Work with leadership to identify and pursue viable bid opportunities

•    Conduct site visits to assess scope and potential obstacles

•    Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to clarify deliverables and pricing

•    Lead kickoff meetings post-award to review timelines and expectations

•    Assist in reviewing submittals for design and spec compliance

Qualifications

•    2+ years of construction estimating or project coordination (ornamental metals preferred)

•    Skilled in Bluebeam, Excel, and general estimating tools

•    Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and landscape drawings

•    Knowledge of shop and erection drawings and construction specs

•    Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

•    Able to work both independently and collaboratively

•    Experience with contract negotiation and planning is a plus

Pay

$25.00–$28.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday
