Technical Business Analyst | Midvale, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring a Technical Business Analyst to support the Enterprise Technology and Operations (ETO) team at Zions Bancorporation in Midvale, Utah. This contract position runs through January 2027, with potential for permanent hire. We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who excels in cross-functional coordination, DevOps process documentation, and system integration. Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-departmental technical initiatives to support enterprise systems

• Document and maintain DevOps processes, workflows, and deployment procedures

• Track platform usage, system integrations, and multi-environment architecture

• Provide real-time updates and status reports to project stakeholders and leadership

• Support system testing, workflow design, and process evaluations

• Create end-user documentation and standard operating procedures

• Participate in project planning, agile sprint cycles, and leadership meetings

• Act as a liaison between IT teams, product owners, and business users to resolve issues

• Apply data analysis tools to identify trends, improve productivity, and optimize systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field

• 6+ years of experience as a technical business analyst or in a related IT/business systems role

• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, system interfaces, and technical infrastructure

• Experience coordinating projects across multiple business units

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

• Skilled in assessing business impact, risk, and escalation protocols

• Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is a plus

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively

• On-site required in Midvale, UT (hybrid schedule may be available)

Pay

$37.00–$47.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
