As a full-time, onsite Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and placing top talent for positions across multiple branches, including your own location. We’re particularly interested in candidates with Direct Hire recruiting experience, giving you the opportunity to leverage specialized knowledge in identifying high-caliber candidates. You’ll collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
•Source, screen, and place candidates for positions at your assigned branch and other branches as needed.
•Utilize prior Direct Hire recruiting experience to identify and attract leadership or specialized talent.
•Process applications and ensure all new hire paperwork (Application, I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Health Benefits, Client Onboarding Documents) is completed accurately.
•Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to generate reports, track candidates, update records, and streamline onboarding.
•Conduct all pre-employment screenings, including background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certifications.
•Develop and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.
•Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing interview coaching as needed.
•Present job offers and negotiate employment terms to ensure successful placements.
•Assist with payroll processing, including hours collection, reconciliation, and distribution.
•Take initiative and perform additional responsibilities to support the team and recruitment goals.
Qualifications
•Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
•Proven experience in recruiting (staffing agency, in-house, or Direct Hire experience preferred) or customer service.
•Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, including conflict resolution and working with diverse populations.
•Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook) and intermediate computer skills.
•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools.
•Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring recommendations.
Pay
$19.00–$20.00 per hour DOE + commissions + bonus opportunities
Schedule
Day shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
