As a full-time, fully onsite Recruiter, you will source and place talent for your branch and support recruiting efforts across additional branch locations. This role also involves close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and internal departments to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and place candidates for open positions across multiple branches

• Utilize Direct Hire recruiting experience to identify and engage high-caliber talent

• Process full-cycle onboarding and ensure accurate completion of employment documentation (I-9, W-4, Direct Deposit, Benefits, Client Forms)

• Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applicants, update records, generate reports, and streamline workflows

• Complete necessary pre-employment screenings including background checks, drug tests, reference checks, and certification verification

• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

• Present and negotiate job offers

• Support payroll functions including time collection, reconciliation, and distribution

• Perform other recruiting and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Experience in recruiting (staffing agency, in-house, or direct hire) or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools

• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to evaluate candidate experience and match qualifications to client requirements

Pay

$19.00 – $20.00 DOE

• Commissions

Full-Time | On-Site

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
