Nexeo HR is hiring Customer Service Representatives for long-term, full-time positions. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. If you have up to one year of customer service experience, are tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Perfect attendance is essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities

•    Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

•    Resolve questions regarding products and equipment

•    Provide excellent service through active listening and problem-solving

•    Accurately maintain records of customer interactions

•    Use web-based software and multi-line phone systems effectively


Qualifications

•    Up to 1 year of customer service experience

•    Strong communication and organizational skills

•    Comfortable using computers and learning new software

•    Proficient with ten-key and multi-line phone systems

•    Must type 30+ WPM

•    Dependable with perfect attendance


Pay

$15.50 – $15.75 per hour


Schedule

Full-time | Day Shift

•    Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

•    Sunday – Thursday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
