Responsibilities
• Load and unload freight safely and efficiently from containers
• Sort shipments based on destination and warehouse specifications
• Track freight movement and assist with delivery trace processes
• Label and weigh items for accurate handling and shipment
• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, and manage inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse
• Document and report damaged shipments as needed
• Generate and interpret basic reports to improve efficiency
Qualifications
• 2–3 years of warehouse or industrial experience required
• 1+ year of forklift operation (stand-up reach, cherry picker, or sit-down)
• High school diploma or GED
• Must speak and understand English
• Basic math and counting skills; cycle count experience a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass a 10-year national background check
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must provide or obtain composite toe shoes
Pay
$20.00 – $22.50 per hour
Schedule
• A2 Shift (Weeknights): $21.50/hour | Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 PM–5:00 AM
• B2 Shift (Weekend Nights): $22.50/hour | Saturday–Monday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
