Nexeo HR is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to support daily cleaning operations within a warehouse facility in Henderson, NV. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe, sanitary, and professional environment across both warehouse and office spaces.

Ideal candidates are proactive, physically capable, and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming warehouse and office areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies and maintain hygiene standards
• Empty trash bins and properly dispose of waste
• Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and windows to maintain visibility and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness in breakrooms and communal areas (tables, chairs, appliances, etc.)
• Ensure proper care and storage of cleaning tools and equipment; report maintenance or replacement needs
• Follow all safety procedures, wear appropriate PPE, and help maintain a secure work environment
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to support overall facility cleanliness and order

Qualifications

• Ability to walk for extended periods (approximately 90% of the shift) and lift up to 30 pounds
• Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning is preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers, pressure washers)
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and safe handling/disposal practices
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and address cleaning needs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods

Pay

$15.50 - $16.50 Per Hour

Schedule 

Day Shift | Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or Monday – Thursday 4:00 AM – 3:00 PM
