Warehouse Production Packers wanted in Orem, Utah

Nexeo HR is actively seeking Production Packers to join our team. As a Production Packer, you'll help to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of warehouse production. Your responsibilities will include packing and preparing products for shipment, inspecting product, monitoring production line equipment and reporting any issues, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the production line machinery, including labeling and packaging product.
• Operate production line equipment efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and maintain adherence to the production schedule.
• Inspect, package, and ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Accurately weigh and measure products using scales.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support production goals.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in warehouse, production or manufacturing environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfortable with standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. 

Pay

$15.00 - $16.00 Per Hour 

Schedule

Day shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm
