Nexeo HR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in White Settlement, TX. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments, drivers, and vendors. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from the work site. This is a second shift position, with initial training conducted on the first shift.
Responsibilities
• Extract and compile data from multiple systems into clear, accurate reports.
• Communicate professionally via email and chat with internal departments and external sub-vendors.
• Oversee and manage the driver check-in and check-out process.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency while maintaining close attention to detail.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned duties.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and operational efficiency.
• Quickly adapt to shifting priorities, deadlines, and task requirements.
• Follow company protocols and standard operating procedures consistently.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service or Client Relations experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Shipping and Receiving experience.
• Comfortable using technology, including navigating the internet and common web tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening.
Pay
$23.00 - $24.50 Per Hour
Schedule
Tuesday-Friday | 6:00pm-5:00am
