Plant Finance Manager

Nexeo is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing client to find a Plant Finance Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, is energized by operations, and wants to be part of something big—the launch of a brand-new production facility in Salt Lake City.

The Plant Finance Manager serves as a key strategic partner to site manufacturing and supply chain leadership. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate, timely financial insights, driving cost efficiencies, and leading critical aspects of ERP system implementation. Your contributions will directly support business decisions that improve operational outcomes, performance, and profitability.

Responsibilities

•   Partner with plant leadership to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

•   Own and continuously improve cost and inventory management processes.

•   Deliver actionable insights through monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

•   Drive operational efficiency initiatives—including value leadership, asset utilization, and governance.

•   Act as a key stakeholder in ERP implementation: translate business needs into technical requirements and validate system functionality.

•   Lead or support change management, system testing, and user training during ERP rollout.

•   Provide day-to-day financial guidance to plant and supply chain teams.

•   Contribute to strategy development, cost analysis, and productivity tracking.

Qualifications

•   5+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.

•   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

•   Proven ability to work independently, meet multiple deadlines, and adapt in dynamic settings.

•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•   Excellent communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across functions and challenge assumptions when necessary.

•   Leadership experience, including mentoring and team development.

•   ERP implementation experience is a strong plus.

Pay 

$130K-$140K Annually

Schedule 

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
