Nexeo HR is looking for a Customer Service Rep in Henderson, NV. Candidates must have transportation to and from the work site located by the M Resort in Henderson. This is a second shift position with training on the first shift.

Responsibilities
• Pull data from multiple systems and compile reports.
• Communicate effectively via email and chat with various departments and sub-vendors.
• Monitor and manage driver check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain a fast-paced work environment, requiring multitasking at all times.
• Pay close attention to detail and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assigned duties.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Follow established protocols and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications
• Customer Service/Client relations 1 year minimum requirement.
• Shipping and Receiving Experience 1 year minimum requirement.
• Proficiency in using technology, including navigating the Internet and web tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar applications.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug test.
Pay
$19.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Second Shift | 11:00am – 10:00pm | Tuesday – Friday
Training for 2 weeks on first shift from 8:00am – 5:00pm
