Nexeo is now hiring Assembly Laborers for a hands-on, high-impact role with a leading amusement ride manufacturer. If you have mechanical aptitude, enjoy building with your hands, and take pride in producing quality work, this could be the perfect opportunity. This position offers stable weekday hours with every other Friday off—a great balance of structure and flexibility.
Responsibilities
• Assemble ride vehicles and components using a variety of tools and your mechanical skills.
• Follow detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and step-by-step work instructions—precision is key.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts to safely move and position large parts (training provided if needed).
• Ensure all builds meet specifications and are completed with safety and accuracy in mind.
• Stay physically active throughout your shift—standing, bending, lifting, and moving are part of the job.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of mechanical assembly experience or strong hands-on mechanical ability.
• Able to read drawings and use basic measurement tools with confidence.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: Training or experience in mechanical or electronics assembly is a plus.
Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Monday to Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Every other Friday off!
