Nexeo HR is seeking a skilled Restoration Technician/Project Lead to support and oversee home restoration projects in the St. George area. This role is a blend of leadership and hands-on labor, where you will be actively working on restoration tasks alongside the team while also managing projects and ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards. Responsibilities
· Lead restoration teams, including technicians and subcontractors, while participating directly in restoration labor tasks.
· Assist with water mitigation, fire damage cleanup, structural repairs, and other physical restoration work.
· Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
· Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout all project stages.
· Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
· Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily logs and customer reports.
· Uphold all safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in home restoration (water, fire, or structural repair).
· 2+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or crew lead role.
· Strong physical ability to perform restoration labor tasks (lifting, moving, operating equipment, etc.).
· Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
· Familiarity with safety regulations and project management software is a plus.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Pay
$30.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule
Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
*Rotating on-call schedule for emergency restoration calls
