Responsibilities
• Process credit card claims with precision, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with customers professionally, addressing their inquiries and resolving concerns with clarity and empathy.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and outcomes.
• Uphold company policies and compliance standards in every customer interaction, ensuring integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications
• Basic computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
• A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
• Strong communication skills paired with a customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to pass a 10-year background check.
• A commitment to completing a 12-week full-time training program.
Pay
$15.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Full-time | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Monday - Friday
Part-time | 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM | Monday – Friday | 25- 30 hours/week
