Responsibilities 

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.

• Provide accurate information about the products and assist with product-related questions.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.

• Utilize provided scripts and training materials to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

• Ability to pass State background check.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

• Confidence in navigating data entry and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Previous customer service or AP/AR experience is preferred but not required.


Pay 

$16.50 Per Hour


Schedule 

Day Shist | 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday- Friday
