Nexeo HR is seeking a reliable and proactive Account Coordinator to join the team of our esteemed client in Las Vegas, NV. You will ensure smooth communication and manage accounts to ensure delivery of custom display projects. Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of custom displays for trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Handle client orders, from initial inquiries through to the final delivery, ensuring all project timelines are met.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and present accurate project quotes based on client specifications, budgets, and needs.
• Assist clients with event logistics, including shipment tracking, installation, and on-site support.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, orders, and project statuses. Provide regular updates for clients and internal teams.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist the sales team in identifying upselling and cross-sell opportunities, helping drive new business.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or project management in the event or display industry is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems or project management software is a plus.
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations.
• Familiarity with the trade show, conference, and event industry is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
Pay
$28.00 | Hourly
Schedule
Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
