Responsibilities

Workforce Planning: Assess evolving business needs and develop forward-thinking workforce strategies to address current challenges and prepare for future growth.

Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering expert guidance on organizational design, employee relations, and talent optimization.

Change Management: Drive and manage large-scale change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable positive outcomes across all teams.

Employee Engagement: Develop and execute impactful strategies to boost employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement, creating a thriving workplace culture.

Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced HR analytics to uncover trends, anticipate challenges, and deliver proactive, actionable solutions.

Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and mentor a team of 3-5 HR professionals, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and excellence.

HR Program Leadership: Lead key initiatives such as succession planning, leadership development, and performance management to align with and advance organizational goals.

 

Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles with a strong track record of success.

HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of organizational design, employee relations, and data-driven HR strategies to support business objectives.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with proven success in managing and implementing impactful HR initiatives.

Team Mentorship: Demonstrated experience mentoring junior team members and fostering high-performing, collaborative teams.

Strategic Impact: A history of driving HR initiatives that align with and advance business success.

Location Requirement: Must reside within driving distance of the Mendon, UT office or be open to relocation.

 

Pay

Salary | $115k -$130k 


Schedule

Hybrid | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

*One day in office
