Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Project Engineering team to meet organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor subgroups in Documentation, Process Management & Standards, and Engineering Project Management.
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of clear, concise technical documentation, including user manuals, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate communication of technical information.
• Implement and maintain processes to comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and high performance within the team.
• Provide regular updates to the Program Management Office (PMO) and key stakeholders.
• Support professional development by providing guidance, mentorship, and growth opportunities for team members.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
• Proficiency in creating and managing technical documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a collaborative environment.
Pay
Salary | Negotiable, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Hybrid | Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday
*Three days remote, two days in office (preferably Tuesday’s and one other day))
*Must be flexible to work onsite more days if needed
