Filling Room Technician

Nexeo HR is seeking a detail-oriented Filling Room Technician to join our production team in St. George, UT. In this role you will ensure that all documentation, equipment checks, and sanitation requirements meet company standards. Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment processes to ensure customer products meet specifications.

• Verify correct product operation though proper documentation.

• Refer to final specifications for programming temperatures and flow rates.

• Collect and submit titration samples to the lab, monitor temperatures and flows using PA Form-2, and log and product spills or waste on the production MBR.

• Perform hot water flushed and required Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures, including CIPs per SOP MT006.

• Keep support equipment (hoses, pumps, clamps) clean and maintain cleanliness around CIP chemical barrels, surrounding areas, and pallets.

• Ensure daily cleaning of pasteurizer drains and keep workstations free of excess product and water.

• Carry out necessary repairs to preventative maintenance to guarantee seamless operations.

•Ensure compliance by correctly using color-coded pipes, hoses, pumps, and tanks.

• Monitor and document HACCP checks for magnets and screens.

• Exhibit strong troubleshooting skills for effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer use with demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new production systems.

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

• Verbal and written communication skills, with collaborative mindset for problem solving. 

• Ability to make sound, timely decisions under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong literacy skills (ability to read and write in English).

Pay

$17.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | 7:00 AM -5:30 PM | Monday -Thursday
