Nexeo is looking for a proactive and client-centered Inbound Customer Service Representative for a long-term position in Salt Lake City, UT. Qualified candidates will have up to 1 year of customer service experience, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
• Engage with customers and address inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Handle inbound calls to answer questions and provide guidance on products and equipment.
• Utilize soft skills such as active listening and practicing empathy to provide exceptional customer service.
• Record and update information on customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the system.
• Follow up on inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive experience.
• Stay informed on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
• Up to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-soling skills.
• Computer knowledge and ability to learn new web-based software.
• Must be efficient with a ten-key and multi-line telephone system.
• Perfect attendance is required.
• Can type 25 WPM.
Pay
$15.50 - $16.25 Per Hour | DOE
Schedule
Day Shift | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Wednesday - Saturday
Day Shift | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - Friday | Saturday rotation every 3rd week
