Seasonal Production Associate

Nexeo is excited to invite you to apply for a seasonal Production Associate position with our client, a leading T-shirt and merchandise company in Las Vegas. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team dedicated to creating high-quality apparel for a wide variety of clients and events. As a Production Associate you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the production team. You will work under the guidance of the Production Manager to ensure all orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of release. Responsibilities

• Fulfill all orders accurately and within a 24-hour timeframe as directed by the Production Manager.

• Load and unload inventory to meet production requirements.

• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.

• Download and nest designs on the computer for production processing.

• Load vinyl into cut plotters and perform necessary design cuts.

• Weed designs from vinyl, preparing them for further processing.

• Lay out, cut, and attach transfers to batch cards as part of the production workflow.

• Pull, organize, and prepare inventory for specific production orders.

• Press shirts or other apparel using industry- standard techniques.

• Package finished items and prepare them for shipment, ensuring secure and neat presentation.

• Adhere to safety protocols during production tasks.

• Complete required company documentation.

• Keep work area clean, organized and free of hazards.

Qualifications

• Must be available on Saturday, November 30^th, and Saturday December 14^th.

• No time off permitted from Monday, November 4^th to Friday, January 3^rd.

• Attendance is crucial during this period; reliable and consistent attendance is required.

• GED or high school diploma required.

• No prior experience needed; training will be provided!

• Basic computer skills required for design and production tasks.

• Ability to stand and be on your feet for up to 8 hours per day.

• Capable of lifting to 50 LBS.

• Strong manual dexterity for handling small parts and materials.

Pay

$16.00 - $16.50 Per Hour

Schedule

First Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Second Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Third Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($0.50 Pay Differential) | Monday – Friday

*Saturday November 30^th and December 14^th are mandatory

*PTO blackout dates Monday, November 4^th – Friday, January 3^rd.
