Nexeo is looking for a skilled and dedicated Rental Asset Manager to join the team of our affiliates in the North Las Vegas area! As part of a global leader in display solutions for brand experiences, venues and trade shows you will play a vital role in managing asset inventories and overseeing asset logistics. Responsibilities
• Maintain a comprehensive and current database of all rental and client assets.
• Ensure precise data entry and regular updates to accurately reflect the status and availability of assets.
• Implement and oversee asset tracking systems to monitor usage, location, and condition of assets.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the database.
• Manage the storage, distribution and return processes of rental assets.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee timely transportation of assets.
• Develop and streamline processes for asset management, including check in/check out procedures.
• Ensure all assets are properly labeled, stored, and maintained in accordance with company standards.
• Work closely with other departments to attain project requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in asset management, inventory control, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong ability to quickly and accurately recall asset details.
• Proficient in database management systems and inventory software applications.
• Demonstrated excellence in logistics and process management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
Pay
$55,000- $65,000 Annually DOE
Schedule
Day Shift 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Monday – Friday
Overtime as needed
