Nexeo is seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in both commercial and residential settings. We are looking for a motivated individual with hands-on experience in sheet metal and ductwork installation. Responsibilities
• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps in commercial and residential properties.
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to perform installations and modifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems to maintain peak performance.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate system functions and maintenance tips to clients.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to prevent system malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate service records, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Follow company safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
• 2-4 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a focus on sheet metal and ductwork.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid HVAC certifications (EPA, RMGA, NATE, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Pay
$17.00 Per Hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm
