Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, resolving product and equipment-related issues efficiently.

• Answer calls to answer questions regarding products and equipment.

• Address customer concerns through effective problem-solving techniques.

• Provide excellent customer service and gather necessary information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries for tracking and follow-up purposes.

• Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction with each interaction.

Qualifications 

• 1+ year of inbound customer service experience (call center experience preferred).

• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to problem-solve in real time.

• Proficiency in using computers, including web-based software, and able to learn new systems quickly.

• Ability to use a ten-key pad and handle a multi-line telephone system efficiently.

• Perfect attendance is a must, with a sense of urgency in responding to customer needs.

• Typing speed of 25 WPM or higher.

Pay 

$15.50 - $16.25 Per Hour

Schedule

We have two full-time day shifts available:

•  Weekend Day Shift: Friday - Monday | 8:00 am - 6:30 pm

•  Weekday Day Shift: Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
