Digital Print Operator

Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Digital Print Operator in the Henderson, NV area. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital printing and have reliable transportation to commute to and from the worksite.

Responsibilities 

•   Prioritize time-sensitive orders and review/resolve problem orders promptly.

•   Exceed customer expectations through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy, and expertise.

•   Convert and prepare files from various digital formats for different print production outputs.

•   Verify and adjust file image sizes as needed.

•   Efficiently execute, design, and layout projects.

•   Build proof images to illustrate print outcomes for client review and error-checking.

•   Provide graphic design ideas, solutions, and alternatives based on customer feedback.

•   Make color corrections and recommend adjustments to print files based on project needs.

•   Modify various file types and standardize source material.

•   Create layouts and proofs for production or client review when necessary.

Qualifications

•   Expertise in Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must! Color matching and profiling are a plus.

•   Experience with the following software is helpful: Caldera, Onyx, Pitstop, Switch, Numbers/Excel, and Word/Pages.

•   Ability to work on a Mac OS.

•   Detail-oriented, organized with a strong ability to follow tasks through to completion.

•   Excellent time management skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

•   Able to work on multiple tasks/assignments concurrently.

•   Effective written and verbal communication skills.

•   Solid work ethic with a positive attitude, used to being a contributing team player.

Pay 

$18.00 - $25.00 Per Hour

Schedule 

Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm; some on-call weekend work
