Processing Associates will support production processes by operating machinery, conducting inspections, and ensuring the quality of our products. Responsibilities
• Operate various machinery and support tasks involved in production processes.
• Perform quality inspections using visual checks and hand gauges to confirm product specifications.
• Work independently, following written and verbal instructions to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 pounds to assist with production needs.
• Suggest ideas for process improvements and maintain adherence to all Nexeo safety protocols.
Qualifications
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Basic understanding of English for safety and operational communication.
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug test and physical assessment.
• Must be comfortable with lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) overhead and ability to pass a mask fit test (must arrive clean-shaven).
• No jewelry is allowed on the production floor for safety reasons; certain piercings may require removal or modification.
Pay
$22.99 - $23.20 Per Hour
Schedule
B Shift (Weekday Graveyard) | Sun, Mon, Tues & every other Wed | 5:30pm - 5:30am
C Shift (Weekend Day) | Fri, Sat, Sun & every other Thurs | 5:30am - 5:30pm
D Shift (Weekend Graveyard) | Thurs, Fri, Sat & every other Wed | 5:30pm - 5:30am
