Nexeo is seeking a highly detail-oriented Fabrication Inspector to join our client in Logan, Utah. In this role, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of parts produced in our fabrication facility. You'll ensure that all products meet precise specifications using your expertise in inspection and measuring tools. If you have prior experience in a fabrication or machine shop and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
• Use precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to inspect parts and products.
• Document and maintain accurate records of inspections and results.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify issues and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Perform final inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any defects or quality concerns promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in quality control within a fabrication or machine shop is required.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Consistency and longevity in previous roles, demonstrating reliability.
• Ability to pass a National Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay
$25.00 - $35.00 Per Hour
Schedule
8:00am – 5:00pm | Monday – Friday
