As a Consumer Experience Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking product information, troubleshooting advice, and order support. With comprehensive training, you’ll be able to offer technical expertise while providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. The role also includes the potential to earn commissions on sales.


Responsibilities 

•   Serve as the main contact for incoming customer calls and inquiries.

•   Reply to customer emails and phone inquiries within 24 hours.

•   Process and manage customer orders with 100% accuracy.

•   Coordinate product returns and manage return shipping documentation.

•   Communicate updates on sales orders with relevant departments.

•   Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

•   Provide timely, accurate information and respond to questions from management and team members.

•   Consistently ensure excellent service for consumers and sales reps.

•   Show initiative and resolve issues independently.


Qualifications

•   At least 2 years of experience in customer service.

•   Ability to type between 35-40 WPM.

•   Technically inclined and eager to learn product mechanics.

•   Confident phone skills with the ability to troubleshoot consumer product issues.

•   Capable of disassembling and reassembling top-selling products within the 3-month probationary period.


Pay 

$16.50 Per Hour


Schedule 

Day Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
