Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance on digital printers and production equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.

• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in digital printers and related equipment, restoring them to operational status efficiently.

• Installation and Setup: Assist with the installation, setup, and calibration of new digital printing machines and production equipment to ensure accurate and consistent output.

• Quality Assurance: Perform test prints and production runs to verify that equipment meets the company’s quality standards after maintenance and repairs.

• Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to production staff and train operators on proper equipment usage and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in maintaining and repairing digital printers, large format printers, or other production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital printing technologies, including inkjet, laser, and thermal printing, along with proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.

• Tools and Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for repair and maintenance tasks. Basic understanding of PLCs and control systems is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff and work effectively with team members.

• Punctuality and Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to a long-term opportunity, with a strong desire to grow and contribute to the success of the company.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Schedule

6:00am - 2:30pm | Monday - Friday
