High End Welders

Are you an experienced welder ready to take your skills to the next level? Nexeo is looking for high-end welders with TIG and MIG welding expertise to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on work with various metals, especially steel, in an environment where every day brings something new.

Responsibilities

•   Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welds on various metals, with a focus on steel and aluminum.

•   Follow D1.1 welding standards and ensure all welds meet stringent quality requirements.

•   Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

•   Collaborate with the team to solve complex welding challenges and contribute to the success of each project.

•   Stay adaptable as you work on new and changing projects, ensuring quality across all welding types.

•   Maintain and organize welding equipment, adhering to safety protocols.

•   Participate in continuous learning and development, including achieving D1.1 certification within one year if not already certified.

Qualifications

•   Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding is required.

•   Experience working with different types of metals, especially steel and aluminum.

•   Familiarity with D1.1 standards (certification preferred or nearly certified).

•   A strong portfolio or resume demonstrating a history of high-quality welding.

•   Ability to work 4 ten-hour shifts (6am start time, Monday through Thursday).

•   A focus on safety, precision, and teamwork in a shop environment.

•   Flexibility and adaptability, as the role involves a wide range of projects and welding techniques.

Day Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00am – 4:00pm
