CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist at Nexeo, you'll play a key role in operating and programming cutting-edge CNC machines to craft high-quality metal and plastic components. Your duties will include setting up machines, writing programs, and performing adjustments to ensure production accuracy. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working as part of a skilled team.

Responsibilities 

•  Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.

•  Program and test CNC machines to meet precise part specifications.

•  Read and interpret technical blueprints to ensure accuracy.

•  Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

•  Measure and inspect finished parts for quality and conformance.

•  Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.

•  Document production processes, tooling, and output

Qualifications

•  High school diploma or equivalent.

•  At least 2 years of CNC machining experience.

•  Technical training in CNC machining or a related field.

•  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

•  Good communication skills and a team-player mindset.

•  Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.

•  Valid driver’s license.

Pay 

$19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour

Schedule 

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
