Account Executive

Cutting Edge Recruiting Solutions (CERS) has an immediate need for an in-house Account Executive to join our team of recruiters. This position’s responsibilities include sourcing, lead generation, account and relationship management, recruiting, interviewing, database and email marketing, negotiating salaries, and generating referrals. This is a junior-level position in our organization and as such you will receive training and mentorship from tenured industry veterans that are invested in your success and your career path into more progressive roles.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any major)

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Inquisitive and curious about how business works on a high level

• Coachable and able to follow directions and specific processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and using internet search engines

• Basic knowledge or understand of social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
