Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our team in Memphis, TN. This hands-on leadership role requires a dependable, safety-focused individual with strong forklift skills and team supervision experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a propane sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

• Lead and direct daily activities of the warehouse team

• Ensure productivity goals are met while maintaining a safe work environment

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow

• Assist with loading, unloading, inventory, and other warehouse operations as needed

• Uphold safety standards and conduct safety checks as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a propane sit-down forklift

• Prior experience leading or supervising a warehouse team

• Strong attention to safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines

• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required schedule (M–F, 7 AM–4 PM)
