1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-Time: 40+ hours per week
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Pay: $10.00/hour
Shift Differential once hired on:
2nd Shift: +$0.35/hr
3rd Shift: +$0.50/hr

What You’ll Do
Operate assigned press equipment
Set up and adjust presses for job runs
Follow job orders and production schedules accurately
Inspect and measure parts to meet quality and cosmetic standards
Track scrap and report defects or concerns
Maintain a safe, clean work environment
Meet daily production quotas
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma OR 3+ years of press/factory experience
Experience using basic handheld measuring tools
Ability to trim, inspect, and pack parts
Familiarity with press and production machinery
Strong attention to detail and safety
