Production Worker- Liquids Swing

DESCRIPTION:
Works under the direction of the Team Lead and the Production Supervisor. The Production Team member need to work at a fast pace ensuring that the production is done under the SOPs and quality standards. It has to follow the GMP requirements. 
 
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities 

• Know the different products and components we handle                     

• Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials. 

• Return bulk and/or components to the warehouse 

• Close the bottles, jars, and any product as needed 

• Expectation 

  • Maintain your work area clean and organized according to GMP 

  • Work fast with a good quality in mind 

  • Be a team player 

  • Be kind and respectful with everyone 

  • Avoid gossiping and confrontations with everybody 

  • Be responsible and proactive

• Machine noise 

• Forklift noise  

• Extended periods of standing 

• Lifting, bending, stooping

• DRESS CODE:
  Please do not wear any of the following: 
   Any clothing that is torn, stained or in disrepair. 
  Open-toed shoes, shoes without heels, sandals, slippers or flip-flops. 
  Excessive cologne/perfume. 
  Sleeveless shirts, sheer, lace, or mesh garments. 
  Caps / hats. 
  Skirts, shorts and capris. Wear pants or leggings that cover the entire leg. 
  Earrings or jewelry not covered by clothing, please remove them. 
  Jewelry or watches (only one wedding band without a stone is allowed). 
  No nail polish, gel nails or acrylic nails. 
  No false eyelashes. 
  You may bring a clear bottle or glass with a lid containing only water.

DESCRIPCION:
Trabaja bajo la dirección del jefe de equipo y del supervisor del departamento de Liquidos. Debe trabajar a un ritmo rápido garantizando que la producción se realiza conforme a los PNT y las normas de calidad. Tiene que seguir los requisitos GMP. 

Tareas y responsabilidades esenciales 

• Conocer los diferentes productos y componentes que manejamos. 
• Realizar el empaque de productos según los procedimientos y especificaciones de la empresa
• Cerrar las botellas, tarros y cualquier producto según sea necesario.
• Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada de acuerdo con las GMP 
• Trabajar rápido teniendo en cuenta la calidad 
• Trabajar en equipo 
• Ser amable y respetuoso
• Evita los cotilleos y los enfrentamientos con todo el mundo 
• Sea responsable y proactivo

EXIGENCIAS FISICAS Y CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO 

• Ruido de máquinas 

• Ruido de carretillas elevadoras  

• Periodos prolongados de pie 

• Levantar objetos, agacharse 

• CODIGO DE VESTIMENTA: 
  Por favor NO use ninguno de los siguientes: 

1. Cualquier prenda de vestir que esté rasgada, manchada o en mal estado. 

2. Zapatos con punta abierta, zapatos sin talon, sandalias, pantuflas o chanclas. 

3. Exceso de colonia / perfume. 

4. Camisetas sin mangas, prendas transparentes, de encaje, o de malla. 

5. Gorras / sombreros. 

6. Faldas, pantalones cortos y capris. Use pantalones o polainas que cubran toda la pierna. 

7. Aretes o joyeria no cubiertos por la ropa, por favor, remuevalos. 

8. Joyas o relojes (solo se permite una argolla (anillo) de boda sin piedra). 

9. No esmalte de uñas, uñas de gel o uñas acrílicas. 

10. No pestañas postizas. 

11. Puede traer una botella o vaso transparente con tapa que contenga solamente agua
