Production Lead

Position: Production Lead

Place: Salt Lake                        

Language: Bilingual English and Spanish                 

Shift: Monday to Friday          

Hours:              7:00 am - 4:30 pm                                   

Pay rate: $17-18/hour.            

Skills / Requirements: 

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience 1- 2 years
• Oversee daily activities on the production line to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and provide guidance to ensure alignment with production goals. 
• Inspect products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and address issues promptly.
• Track and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
