Dynamic Practice and Site Administrator needed for a growing General Surgeon private practice in Westchester County.

Responsible for the daily oversight of the practice. This includes, but is not limited to:o Daily operations of practice human resources (supervise office staff/coaching and mentoring staff)o Payroll (employees and Dr’s)o Manage staff- hire/fire/coach and mentoro Financials (internal & working with accountant)o Managing budget and Billing payments, and marketing planso Develop and implement office policies and procedures and ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and high ethical standards.o Oversee/manage Practice owned building - Collect rents, tenant relations, manage vendors)Requirements? Proven work experience as a medical office manager/administrator? Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles? Ability to handle medical records discreetly? Knowledge of medical issues and terminology? Excellent organizational and time-management skills? Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations? Communication skills and a customer service orientation? BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or relevant fieldJob briefWe are looking for a qualified medical practice administrator to run our medical facility.
