What You Will Be Doing

In this position, the candidate can expect to serve as a member of the executive team to aid in the development and follow through on sales and marketing initiatives.

 

The Ideal Candidate

 

  • Has 5-years’ experience

  • Is able to travel approximately 30-35% of the time in the lower 48 states.

  • A B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred.

  • Has a background in food & beverage, pet food, or related industrial plant construction.

  • Has the ability to multitask and prioritize immediate needs in consideration of pre-construction tasks.

 

Other Essential Functions

 

  • Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential customers

  • Maintain key customer relationships

  • Create a marketing plan and develop sales strategies

  • Develop and coordinate multimedia packages.

  • Produce and manage company exhibits for trade shows.

  • Prepare presentations and attend client meetings with the ability to relay technical information to clients.

  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of mechanical, plumbing, process piping and building automation as it relates to products.
