What You Will Be Doing 

In this newly created Senior Level role. You will be responsible for overseeing operations and growth within the Electrical Division for the organization. The ideal candidate brings a servant leadership mentality to the position. Success is measured by the ability to grow your department through your team; manage relationships; and get your hands dirty when needed by completing estimates and serving as subject matter expert for all things electrical. 

The Ideal Candidate 

• Has a Master Electrical License 

• Is familiar with Distribution, Low-voltage and Temperature Control Systems. 

• Is familiar with UPS and Emergency Generator systems. 

• Bachelors, or Masters degree in related field a plus, but not required. 

Other Essential Functions 

• Oversee all functions of Electrical Work within Company Portfolio (Industrial, Commercial Mix). 

• Grow this division of the business by nurturing and building relationships with our customers and other contractors. 

• Oversee QAQC, Safety, Estimating, Project Turnovers, Training and Financial Reporting for the Division. 

• Identify opportunities for Continuous Process Improvement. 

• Develop location specific performance goals and support team with attaining them. 

• Serve as a Senior Leadership level advocate for safety on the jobsite.
