What You Will Be Doing 

Our client is one of the United States largest, most diverse shops that is 100% employee owned. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the marine construction efforts to ensure quality and consistency. Using your construction background, you will be the face of the company when interacting with clients and other contractors to effectively communicate all things project related.

The Ideal Candidate 

• Has extensive knowledge regarding heavy marine/pile driving construction projects.

• Has been in a construction leadership role for a minimum of eight years.

• Thorough knowledge of marine construction and ability to communicate this knowledge to other parties.

• Knowledge of craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules and best safety practices as it pertains to marine construction.

Other Essential Functions 

• Minimum of 8-years craft experience.

• Thorough knowledge of technology, equipment, and methods as it relates to Marine Construction.

• Able to work through team to maintain productivity targets.

• Able to create a safe work environment and hold teams accountable to safety standards.
