Job Description
Primary Responsibilities

Supervise and train team of 5 handling consolidated billing reports and collections for large clients

Manage new account setups including rate tables, billing sets and service line items
-
Work directly with operations to resolve billing issues and customer disputes

Handle onboarding of all new accounts and work with IT Development to create automated billing profiles
-
Update and maintain all account instructions documentation
-
Create process manuals for daily job functions of all staff
-
Review accounts monthly to ensure proper classification in the databases
-
Create custom billing and aging reports for upper management and clients
-
Handle collections for high touch accounts and any others requiring escalation/monitoring

Work with Division Presidents and sales reps on delinquent accounts
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
-
Minimum 5 Years of management experience
-
Minimum 5 years of Billing experience
-
Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel
-
Detail oriented with strong ability and experience multi-tasking
-
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
-
Ability to learn business/operations
-
Familiar with electronic billing submission tools preferred
-
Experience with high volume transactions
