Responsibilities:

• Process outgoing packages for shipment.

• Ensure returns are performed in accordance with policies together with the help of the Warehouse Manager.

• Professionally communicate over the phone with carriers to schedule pick-ups of shipments.

• Provide excellent customer service for walk-in customers.
