Packing Associate

The Packing Associate is responsible for accurately packing products for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across day and night shifts to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products accurately according to order requirements and company standards
• Inspect items for quality, damage, or missing components before packing
• Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous packing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [X] lbs
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to work day and night shifts, including weekends if required
