Job Overview:
The General Laborer supports daily production and yard operations by assisting with material preparation, cutting, loading, unloading, and packaging. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in an outdoor and industrial environment while supporting production and customer-specific orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Cut rubber liner material into specified lengths and place materials into designated bins
Assist with assembling and preparing custom metal piping for customer orders
Support yard operations by cleaning, organizing, and preparing tubing segments prior to liner installation
Load and unload line tubing at job sites, rigs, or yard locations
Assist with inspections and packaging of liners into shipping containers
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Support team members in meeting daily production and operational goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Previous general labor, yard, or industrial experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Willingness and ability to work 12+ hour shifts, including weekends
Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with hand tools or industrial materials
Basic mechanical aptitude
Experience following safety and quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment
