Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Move, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts as needed
