Second Shift Operator

Shift:
Training on 1st Shift for approximately 2 weeks, then transition to 2nd Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Second Shift Operator to join our team. This position will train on first shift to learn processes and expectations before transitioning to second shift. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and perform assigned production or warehouse tasks safely and efficiently
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Load, unload, or move materials as needed
• Perform basic checks to ensure equipment and products meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Meet productivity and attendance expectations

Requirements

• Ability to train on 1st Shift for two weeks and then work 2nd Shift long-term
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks during the shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience (a plus, but not required)
• Experience operating machinery or equipment is helpful but not necessary
