One of our valued manufacturing clients is seeking an entry level QA/QC Technician to support product quality, testing, and inspection within a fast-paced industrial environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet customer, automotive, and internal quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections at various stages of production and document results

  • Conduct grain flow testing on automotive components to verify material integrity

  • Analyze and interpret grain flow patterns to assess structural quality

  • Perform laboratory testing including tensile testing

  • Verify products received from outside services (heat treating, plating, etc.) through testing and documentation review

  • Accurately record test results and maintain detailed quality records

  • Sort mixed or non-conforming parts as required


What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive inspections

  • Effective problem-solving and prioritization skills

  • Proficiency using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, comparators, attribute gages)

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and part drawings

  • Basic knowledge of algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, and metric/English conversions

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email

  • Ability to work in a moderately clean manufacturing environment

  • Forklift or material handling experience preferred


Schedule & Pay

  • Pay: $20 per hour 

  • Full-time, onsite role

  • 1st shift 6 AM - 2 PM, Monday - Friday
