One of our valued manufacturing clients is seeking a skilled Maintenance Repair Technician to join their maintenance team. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably in a fast-paced industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and mechanical equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed

  • Diagnose and correct electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues

  • Install new equipment and rebuild, modify, or upgrade existing machinery

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Weld and fabricate parts as required

  • Operate milling machines and lathes to produce repair parts and fixtures

  • Support machine operators by setting up tooling and special equipment

  • Train operators on proper equipment use and maintenance practices


What You Bring

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience

  • Ability to read, write, and perform intermediate math (fractions & decimals)

  • Experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems

  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

  • Technical school diploma in a related field plus 2+ years of machine maintenance experience
    OR 4+ years of machine maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment


Schedule & Pay

  • Pay: Starting at $32.00/hour

  • Experienced candidates may qualify for higher starting rates

  • Full-time, onsite role

  • Work environment includes noise, oil, dirt, seasonal temperatures, bending, and lifting
