ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor equipment performance
• Perform preventive maintenance and make necessary adjustments
• Ability to input & retrieve data from computer
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment problems
• Consult manuals and blueprints for proper repairs and parts requisition
• Comply with all safety rules and procedures
• Weld and fabricate as needed
• Able to troubleshoot and repair electrical problems
• Read Electrical schematics
• Must know how to service and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to function as a team member and to establish and maintain effective
working relationship with co-worker
• Maintain maintenance tools and machine shop
• Coordinate equipment issues with Maintenance/ Supervisor
SKILLS
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers,
clients, customers and the general public.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical
solutions.
• Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.TOOLS
REQUIRED
Hand tools (wrench and socket sets up to 1 1/2” minimum, screwdrivers, crescent wrenches, pliers,
and Allen wrenches up to 1/2” minimum, electrical meters to handle up to 480V AC and 1000V DC).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands
to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to
stand, walk, and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving
mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles,
outside weather conditions, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is

Qualifications
- • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year or technical school and 3-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) • Expert Welder & Fabricator: 1 year (Preferred)
