We are currently seeking a Maintenance janitor in Jefferson IN,
Responsibilities:
- Floors mopped daily
- Door windows wiped down daily
- Carpets vacuumed daily
- Cleaning around yard along fence and product weekly
- Deep clean areas of the office as needed
- Clean sections of the warehouse
- and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in cleaning various surfaces, including floors, restrooms, and other areas. This includes understanding different cleaning products and when to use them
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is essential for completing duties efficiently
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and address them or know when to escalate them\
- Ability to perform tasks without direct supervision
